  1. Is embroidery as expensive as silk-screening?
    No, in fact embroidery is about the same or less depending on the size. Especially, if your project has multiple colors.
  2. Is there an extra charge for multiple colors?
    No, with embroidery color changes are not a problem. You can have as many colors as you want.
  3. Is there a difference between threads?
    Yes, we use only the best available. Strength, color quality, and colorfast threads is how we judge our thread supplier. And we only use Madeira USA .
  4. Why is there a set up fee?
    The art you supply us needs to be digitized into stitches. The more complex the art the more time it takes to digitize. We do our own in house digitizing 95% of the time. To control costs and lead time.
  5. Is the digitizing mine after I pay for it?
    Yes, you will always be asked if you want a copy for your records. Our software is the most compatible in the embroidery world and can be used by any embroiderer. We use Tajima compatible software.
  6. Can I have only 1 or 2 items done?
    Absolutely. We don't have minimum runs.
  7. Is there a big difference between polo manufactures?
    Yes. We recommend you add embroidery to a good quality shirt that will last. Because the embroidery will outlast the shirt.
  8. What is the usual lead time from start to finish?
    Generally speaking. 1 week or less. If your design is text only or a stock design, it can be as little as 1-2 days. The lead time on garments depends on the manufacture.
  9. I'm not sure of a specific design, do you offer ready made designs?
    Yes, We own over 48,000 designs, Just ask us and we'll probably have something your looking for. For example, Flowers, animals, cars, sports figures, mascots, flags, holiday designs, and many more...
  10. Do you offer free merchandise catalogs?
    Yes, e-mail us your address and we'll be glad to send you our latest catalog.
  11. Other than shirts, caps, and jackets, what else can you embroider on?
    Leather, vinyl, luggage, blankets, dog collars, and just about any fabric you can think of.
  12. How long does it take to garments?
    Our main supplier is in Seattle, if we order by 1:00pm we have it the next day. Some specialty items come from Las Vegas , Southern California , and Florida. So the customary lead time is 3-5 days from those suppliers. However, we do offer Fedex or UPS red if the situation warrants overnight.
